Fifteen years, one obsession: the circular-knit seamless machine. Our 30 Santoni machines run standard nylon workhorses, GOTS organic cotton, bamboo, modal, RWS wool, GRS recycled and bio-based yarns — with cut & sew for what seamless can't do, and socks & headbands to complete your PO. One own factory plus three audited partner factories, 1 million pieces a year.

Standard nylon is where most seamless programs start. From there, brands climb the ladder: GOTS organic cotton, bamboo and modal for natural hand-feel; RWS wool for thermoregulation; GRS recycled nylon and polyester for circular claims; bio-based nylon and spandex for the headline your marketing team wants. All knitted on the same 30 Santoni machines.
The workhorse of our seamless halls — nylon-spandex circular knits, 180–340 GSM, with knit-in sculpt zones and mesh mapping. Best price-to-performance for volume programs.
GOTS organic cotton, bamboo fibre, Lenzing modal and RWS wool — natural hand-feel programs for studio, lounge and next-to-skin layers. Low-impact dyes, Class I scope.
GRS-certified recycled nylon and polyester with transaction certificates on every PO — same knittability as virgin fibre, roughly half the footprint. Pairs with recycled trims and packaging.
Castor-derived bio-nylon and bio-based spandex with verified bio-carbon content — drop-in replacements for standard seamless programs that need a credible sustainability claim.
Seamless-knit socks and headbands on dedicated small-cylinder machines — matched to your main program's dye lot, packaged and shipped together. Low add-on MOQ, one consolidated shipment.
